This document, along with others mentioned herein, regulates the conditions of use of the Website (brokoss.com) and the purchase or acquisition of products and/or services on it (hereinafter, the “Conditions”).

The activity carried out through the Website includes the sale of jewelry.

Before accessing, browsing, and/or using the Website, the User must have read the Legal Notice, the General Conditions of Use, the Cookie Policy, and the Privacy and Data Protection Policy. By using the Website or making purchases or requests, the User accepts these Conditions and all the aforementioned documents. If you do not agree, you should not use the Website.

These Terms and Conditions may be modified. The User is responsible for reviewing them periodically, as the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of purchase or application will apply.

2. The User

Access, browsing, and use of the Website confers the status of user (hereinafter, “User” or “Users”) and implies acceptance of all the Conditions from the beginning of browsing, as well as any updates pursuant to applicable regulations.

• Do not make fraudulent purchases. If misuse is suspected, the purchase may be canceled and the relevant authorities will be notified.

The Website is primarily intended for Users in Spain. Joyería SergeLL SL does not guarantee compliance with the laws of other countries or the availability of shipments or services outside of Spain.

3. Purchase or Acquisition Process

Users can purchase on the Website by following the established online procedure. They must select products and add them to their shopping cart, then confirm the order. During the process, the necessary information will be requested and verified, with the possibility of modification before payment.

The User will receive an email confirming that Joyería SergeLL SL has received their order. A shipping confirmation will then be sent.

The User consents to the generation of electronic invoices, although they may request a paper copy if desired.

The User acknowledges and accepts the specific conditions of sale of the products or services described on their respective pages on the Website.

All orders received through the Website are subject to product availability and/or unforeseen circumstances affecting supply. Should supply difficulties arise, Joyería SergeLL SL undertakes to contact the User and refund any amount paid.

Prices on the Website are final, in Euros (€), and include taxes. No additional costs will be added automatically; only those selected and accepted by the User.

Joyería SergeLL SL accepts payments by credit or debit card, installment payments, and PayPal. Transactions are subject to authorization by the card issuer.

6. Delivery

Deliveries will be made within mainland Spain and international destinations, barring exceptional circumstances, within a maximum of 20 days from order confirmation.

If Joyería SergeLL SL cannot meet the delivery date, it will inform the User, who may choose a new date or cancel the order with a full refund.

7. Technical Means to Correct Errors

The User may correct errors in the data entry by contacting Joyería SergeLL SL through the means enabled on the Website or in their personal space before finalizing the purchase.

8. Returns

The User may exercise their right of withdrawal within 30 calendar days of receiving the products at no cost to the customer. Products must be returned in the same condition as when they were delivered and with all original packaging and instructions.

9. Disclaimer of Liability

Joyería SergeLL SL will not be liable for losses not attributable to its own breach, business losses or any indirect losses not reasonably foreseeable at the time of the contract.

Joyería SergeLL SL will not be responsible for technical failures, access problems, or misuse of the products by the User.

10. Written Communications and Notifications

The User agrees that communications may be electronic. Joyería SergeLL SL may contact the User by email, WhatsApp, or at the postal address provided.

11. Resignation

Failure by Joyería SergeLL SL to exercise a right shall not constitute a waiver of that right.

12. Nullity

If any of the conditions are declared null and void, the rest will remain in force.

13. Complete Agreement

These Conditions, together with other referenced documents, constitute the entire agreement between Joyería SergeLL SL and the User.

14. Data Protection

The User’s personal information will be treated in accordance with the Privacy Policy of  Joyería SergeLL SL

15. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The terms of use and purchase contracts are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be resolved in Spanish courts.
