At BröKoss, we are fully aware that proper jewelry care is essential to preserve its beauty and durability over time.
Zirconium rings, in particular, are noted for their durability and hypoallergenic properties, but they require some care to maintain their pristine condition. We recommend avoiding impacts, strong scratches, or drops, as although zirconium is very durable, excessive force could damage the finish or even compromise the ring’s structure.
It is also advisable not to expose jewelry to extreme environments such as seawater, chlorinated pools, or harsh chemicals, as these can affect the shine, darken the color, or alter the setting of the diamonds.
Storing them in their original case after use and cleaning them periodically with a soft cloth will be enough to keep them spotless for years.
How can I know my finger size?
We know that choosing the correct size is key to fully enjoying your ring. Therefore, we don’t recommend relying solely on millimeter guides or downloadable templates, as they are often inaccurate and can be misleading.
At BröKoss, we offer you the option of ordering a physical ring sizer, or we can quickly and easily tell you how to get one so you can be sure of the right fit.
If the ring is a gift or a special occasion, such as an engagement, and you don’t know the exact size of the person, you can choose to make the purchase and request a size change later (with the cost of shipping), or choose a gift card so they can select their preferred model and size.
Will the jewelry I receive be the same as the one in the photographs?
All of our product images are captured with the highest possible fidelity, using professional high-definition photography, with the goal of accurately reflecting the true materials, finishes, and colors of each piece of jewelry.
However, it’s important to note that there may be slight visual variations due to factors such as lighting, the device being viewed from, or the angle of the photograph.

Exchanges, Returns and Engraving
Can I change the size of my ring?
Yes, at BröKoss we offer size exchanges. This service is free of charge; however, the customer will only be responsible for the corresponding shipping costs.
Can the rings be engraved?
Yes, we offer personalized engraving for an additional cost. It’s ideal for gifting or commemorating a special occasion.
Can I return an engraved ring?
No. Custom engraved pieces are non-returnable, as they have been made exclusively for the customer. Therefore, it is essential to verify the exact size before placing this order.
I want to make a return, what should I do?
If you want to return a (non-personalized) product, the process is very simple:
- Contact us via email or WhatsApp.
- Pay the shipping costs, which will be indicated during the process.
- Prepare the package:
- Complete the return form that came with your order.
- Introduce it together with the product in its original packaging.
- Make sure the package is properly closed and protected.
- A courier will stop by your home to pick up the package.
- Once we receive and verify the condition of the product, we will process your refund within 3 to 14 business days.
How long do I have to request a refund?
You have 30 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a return of the product (provided it has not been customized).
