At Joyería SergeLL SL, we will process your personal data collected through the Website for the following purposes:

Data retention in accordance with the LSSI

Joyería SergeLL SL informs you that, as a data hosting service provider and pursuant to the provisions of Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), it retains for a maximum period of 12 months the essential information to identify the origin of the hosted data and the time at which the service began. The retention of this data does not affect the confidentiality of communications, and it may only be used within the framework of a criminal investigation or to safeguard public safety, and may be made available to judges and/or courts or the Ministry that so requests.

Joyería SergeLL SL is the owner of all copyrights, intellectual and industrial property rights, know-how, and any other rights related to the contents of the website www.brokoss.com and the services offered therein, as well as the programs necessary for its implementation and related information.

Software Intellectual Property

The user must respect the third-party programs made available to them by Joyería SergeLL SL, even if they are free and/or publicly available. Joyería SergeLL SL holds the necessary intellectual property and exploitation rights to the software.

Protection of hosted information

Joyería SergeLL SL makes backup copies of the content hosted on its servers; however, it is not responsible for the loss or accidental deletion of data by users. Likewise, it does not guarantee the complete restoration of data deleted by users, since said data may have been deleted and/or modified during the period of time elapsed since the last backup. The restoration of deleted data is only included in the service price when the loss of content is due to causes attributable to Joyería SergeLL SL.

Commercial communications

Pursuant to the LSSI, Joyería SergeLL SL will not send advertising or promotional communications by email or other equivalent means of electronic communication that have not been previously requested or expressly authorized by the recipients. In the case of users with whom there is a prior contractual relationship, Joyería SergeLL SL is authorized to send commercial communications regarding products or services similar to those initially contracted by the customer.
